Overview

If you’re not satisfied with your NerdBallerTV hoodie, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The hoodie must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team to receive a prepaid return label. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Subscription cancellations can be made anytime without fees, but ensure to cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
